CHAMBERS OF 360 DEGREES PUT TO THE PUBLIC IN OSCAR CEREMONY

(el-nacional.com) The followers of the celebrities are not going to have to dress up to feel they are at the Oscars this year. For five dollars, will be able to look at who they want to concentrate on a dress or a tie and see stars of the first pass in front of The Kodak Theatre, all online. And for the first time, you can see an exclusive afterparty ceremony called the dance of the Governors and see the winners as their names are placed on plaques in their statuettes. A half dozen 360-degree cameras have been installed for the task. Within each there are 11 cameras that send a constant stream of video to the Internet. Online viewers can look in all directions with the help of their computer mouse, as the images from all cameras will be mixed in one video. That means you can look at someone's shoes or the sky (although rain is forecast for Sunday.) Completed by more than 20 cameras fixed position in the building, it is the most comprehensive coverage of the Oscars on the Internet in history. Much of the idea came from two-time Oscar winner John Lasseter, creative director of Walt Disney and Pixar Animation Studios and a member of the board of the academy. Racing Pixar animated short Day & Night and the film Toy Story 3.
