COVER STORY: KENDRA WILKINSON — HOW I LOST 10 POUNDS IN TWO WEEKS!

(ok magazine) Since she became a mom, it’s been more than a year of ups and downs for Kendra Wilkinson-Baskett — literally, on the scale, as well as emotionally. But as she walked down the beach on a recent trip to Hawaii, one thing was obvious. After struggling so long with her body image and diet to lose the 60 pounds of baby weight she gained with her son, Hank IV, Kendra has her body back. In this week’s issue of OK!, she reveals how she dropped the final 10 pounds in just a few weeks with a shape-up plan based on hard work and, most importantly, balance. “I always thought I needed to be on some specific diet,” Kendra tells OK!. “But I’ve noticed that it’s all about where you are and what you’re doing in life.” “If I want to eat junk food, I go the gym. If I’m taking a break from working out so hard, I eat more salad.”
