THE CIRQUE DU SOLEIL SHOW ON JACKSON WILL BE IN 46 CITIES

Toronto (Canada), Mar 9 (EFE) .- The Canadian company Cirque du Soleil will show "Michael Jackson, The Immortal World Tour" to a total of 46 U.S. cities and Canada from October 2, said the organization. Cirque du Soleil also announced the hiring of Greg Phillinganes, a leading creative collaborators Michael Jackson, as musical director of the work to provide "an unparalleled knowledge of the music of Michael." Phillinganes was the musical director of touring "Bad" and "Dangerous" and worked on the albums "Off The Wall", "Thriller," "Bad", "Dangerous," "Invincible" and "Michael" of the late American artist. Kevin Antunes, who has worked with Madonna, Justin Timberlake, Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera among others, will Phillinganes music with "Michael Jackson, The Immortal World Tour." The show will premiere on 2 October in Montreal, the headquarters of Cirque du Soleil. Chantal Côté, a spokeswoman for Cirque du Soleil, told Efe that the company plans to represent "Michael Jackson, The Immortal World Tour" outside North America from 2012 but still do not know the details of countries and cities where they represent.
