Italian designer Riccardo Tisci is the likely successor to Galliano. After much speculation, says the Italian designer Riccardo Tisci will whoever replaces John Galliano and Christian Dior's creative director. Galliano, who was dramatically fired by the French house on charges of anti-Semitic remarks, caused a splash in the fashion world. Today, Dior's turn to decide who will be the new creative head. Comments in social networks have triggered rumors that it is Tisci. Style.com editor Derek Blasberg, written during the Katy Perry concert in Paris the following tweet: "They just tell me backstage @ concert Katy Perry (where in!) That RiccardoTisci is confirmed in Dior." On the other hand, Dior has not issued any statement, and the same Tisci said after presenting his collection for Givenchy on Wednesday that he is happy where he is. At Givenchy, where he worked successfully since 2005, Tisci was responsible for designing the costumes for Madonna during her Sticky & Sweet tour in 2008. Moreover, she made clothes off stage. His looks are gothic and romantic air, and one of his greatest inspirations is religion. Another strong contender is Alber Elbaz, Lanvin designer signature.
