“I wish there was a really fun or romantic story as to how we picked it out, but we took her name from a woma who called in to a talk-radio station!” Melissa reveals to OK! in the exclusive interview. “Tye and I had been going back and forth about names for months, but he didn’t like the names I liked, and I didn’t like the names he liked.”

Fate struck when Tye was at work one day, she continues.
“He called me and sad this woman named Ava called in, and asked what I thought about the name Ava. I liked it, and it stuck. Her middle name is Grace because she’s our little saving grace and a blessing brought into our lives.”
